b- filtered msg by censor list (contain mode)
if msg in pv, contains one of the censor items, be banned
c- filtered msg by censor list (equal mode)

2. Room Message Detection (optional)
a- filtered msg by censor list (contain mode)
b- filtered msg by censor list (equal mode)
